3. Is this real gold jewellery?
No, all products are artificial jewellery. They are designed to provide a premium gold-like or oxidised look without the high cost of real gold.
4. Will the jewellery lose its shine?
Artificial jewellery may react to water, sweat, perfume, and chemicals. With proper care like storing in a dry place and avoiding moisture, the jewellery maintains its shine for a long time.
5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on selected PIN codes. If COD is available in your area, it will appear at checkout.

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities: 4–7 business days

Returns are accepted only in genuine cases such as:

A proper unedited box opening video is mandatory to process any claim. Without video proof, returns or replacements cannot be approved.
9. Why is box opening video mandatory?
The box opening video protects both the customer and Rishikesh Cart from fraudulent claims and courier mishandling issues. It ensures quick and fair resolution in genuine cases.
10. What if I don’t have an unboxing video?
Unfortunately, without a clear unboxing video (starting from sealed package), we will not be able to approve any return or replacement request.
11. Can I return jewellery if I don’t like it?
No. Due to hygiene reasons and product nature, we do not accept returns based on personal preference or change of mind.
12. Do you offer exchanges?
We offer replacement only for approved damaged or wrong product cases. We do not offer exchange for design or style preference.
13. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
14. What happens if I refuse a COD order?
Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD facility for future purchases. Shipping charges may be deducted in RTO cases.
15. What if I enter the wrong address?
Please ensure correct address before placing order. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.
