Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping charges once paid are non-refundable.

If an order is returned due to:

• Customer unavailable
• Delivery refusal

Damaged Parcel During Transit

If the outer package appears tampered or damaged:

• Record a proper box opening video
• The video must start from a sealed package
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Without recorded proof, claims cannot be processed.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD is available on selected PIN codes.
• Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
• Repeated COD refusals may lead to restrictions on future COD orders.
